About Minas Realties




Minas Realties was established in 1970 by David's grandfather, C.C. Holmes, and partners. Following Mr. Holmes' death in 1987, David's parents, Jane Holmes and Austin Bleakney, assumed ownership.

Since its inception, Minas Realties Limited has expanded to include offices in Windsor and Wolfville. In 2008, a deal was struck, Riverview Realty merged with Minas, and new offices were opened on Wentworth Road in Windsor.
